The Fienile is our largest apartment and is on the ground floor. A converted barn with a pergola giving shade, a great place to relax.

Our third apartment is on the first floor, and is called the Loggetta. It offers a large terrace perfect for enjoying the sun.

There is a common room for everyone’s use. It has a large table and a small library of books, not only in Italian but also some in English.

Breakfast can be ordered for € 10 per person, if required.

Property
The small holding is situated on an incline with a view overlooking the Lago Trasimeno. The swimming pool is in sun all day long.

Parking is free and directly next to the buildings.

Activities
The countryside is perfect for hiking or mountain biking. There is a lot to discover in and around the area on day trips to Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi and the Lago Trasimeno. We are happy to help you plan some of these day trips.
